Plans for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the preparations at HOME Slough for groups using the venue
Message from Saad Eddine-Saad, Director, HOME Slough
Here at HOME on the High Street the safety and wellbeing of our visitors and staff are of paramount importance to us. I’m grateful to report we’ve experienced no cases of COVID19 amongst our workforce and recent events have had no impact on our capacity to deliver our programme of activities.
We have aligned our activities to the UK Government Guideline on COVID – 19, including recommendations for self-isolation. Communications to staff on hygiene have been increased to help prevent the spread of the virus in line with UK Government and NHS England recommendations.
Business Continuity plans are being put in place, and our flexible working policies mean there should be minimal disruption to activities at HOME on the High Street, but we will continue to monitor and respond to this ongoing situation. We shall respond quickly should the situation develop.
We are also working closely with key partner, such as Slough CVS and Slough Borough Council, to understand the status of their Business Continuity planning and will assess ours against their critical business processes.
Please be aware these may change in the coming weeks and we will keep you updated further.
We will of course keep you updated if this situation changes but in the meantime if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Amanda on 01753 571 093.
